The Statesville Leisure Pool is getting ready for another wet and wild summer season.

The pool opens for weekends only May 25-26, June 1-2 and June 8-9.  It opens for daily use on June 10.  (The pool will also be open on Memorial Day, May 27 from 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.)

The schedule for public day swim is:

• Mon-Sat, 10 a.m.-5:45 p.m. and Sundays, 1-5 p.m.
• Evening swim for the public is Mon., Wed. & Fri., 6-8 p.m.

Persons who are annual members of the Statesville Fitness and Activity Center have special “members only” hours at the pool on Tues., Thurs., & Sat., 6-8 p.m.

General admission for day swim is:

• $4 for ages 12 and under
• $5 for ages 13 and over

Evening swim is:

• $2 for ages 12 and under
• $3 for ages 13 and over.

Season pool passes are available for individuals and families:

• Individual Statesville resident is $175 and individual non-resident is $150.
• Family resident is $175 and non-resident is $260.
