WHAT YOU NEED TO SET UP SERVICE:
- Proof of ownership or lease agreement
- Driver’s license
- Deposit (this varies by location)-or letter of credit from previous utility covering the most recent 12 months of service-or co-signer (must be a current account holder with The City of Statesville and they must have 12 consecutive months of good credit history)
- Complete application. You can pick up an application from our office at 301 S Center St. or click on the form you need below.
